Feldmans Shady Acres Mix
This is a blend specifically designed for shaded areas and is ideal for low-maintenance grass requirements. The mix includes: Dark Green Color: Provided by improved varieties of Kentucky Bluegrass. Fine Leaf Texture: Contributed by Creeping Red Fescue, which also contains high levels of endophyte, enhancing its performance under heat and drought conditions. Hard Fescue Variety: Adds excellent density to help crowd out weeds and supports drought tolerance. Improved Perennial Ryegrass: For quick establishment and wear resistance. This blend is versatile and can be used in extreme conditions, including cold temperatures, shaded areas, hard-to-mow areas, slopes, and roadside environments. The recommended seeding rate is 3-5 lbs per 1000 sq ft for new seeding and 4 lbs per 1000 sq ft for overseeding.
