Home Seal™ Minimum Expanding Sealant
This is an all-seasons and minimally expanding one-component foam sealer, perfect for filling smaller cracks and voids. It is air-sealing, reusable for up to three weeks after initial use, and Class 1 fire-rated. It is available in 12 oz and 16 oz sizes, and it should be stored upright below 90°F to ensure proper functionality. The product is water-resistant but not intended for submerged applications, and it requires ventilation and humidity to cure properly. It should be painted when used outdoors to prevent discoloration and break down from UV exposure.
