The MIROC2 High-Density Grease Trap System is designed to capture and separate grease and other contaminants from wastewater in commercial kitchens. This is crucial for maintaining proper plumbing and preventing clogs in drains., Grease Trap: The main component of the system, which is a tank that holds wastewater. Grease and other contaminants settle at the top, while cleaner water flows out., Fittings: These are the parts that connect the grease trap to the plumbing system, ensuring a secure and leak-free setup. They may include pipes, valves, and adapters., The system is made from high-density materials, which provide durability and resistance to corrosion. This ensures the longevity of the system and its ability to withstand the harsh conditions of a commercial kitchen environment., The "8g/12#HD" part of the SKU indicates that the system has an 8-gallon capacity and is designed for 12 people. The "HD" stands for high-density, as mentioned earlier., The system is typically installed under sinks or in areas where wastewater flows from cooking activities. It requires proper installation to function effectively and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations., Regular maintenance is essential to keep the grease trap functioning properly. This includes regular cleaning of the trap and checking for any blockages or damage to the fittings., The use of a grease trap system like the MIROC2 is often mandated by local health and environmental regulations to prevent pollution and maintain public health standards.
